Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) is a growing specialty and emergency, critical care hospital with locations in Bourne and Dennis. We are a 24/7 hospital that practices a high standard of care in a compassionate and engaging environment.
We are seeking a full time Client Care Associate (CCA) to join our team.
Responsibilities of the CCA will include, but are not limited to, providing customer service in a polite and timely manner, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, invoicing clients and processing payments. Will perform closing of drawer and deposit procedures, maintaining an orderly and clean lobby, and facilitate all necessary paperwork through appropriate steps.
The CCA should consistently contribute to a spirit of pride and excitement in that each employee is part of a team practicing excellent medicine with a high standard of patient, client, and referring veterinarian care. Must be able to handle stressful and emotional situations.
Experience of at least 2 years in reception or customer service capacity
Professional, pleasant, engaged, clear communicator who is attentive and respectful to referring veterinarians, clients, and co-workers.
Must be able to balance multiple tasks, be confident, and prioritize tasks appropriately.
Computer experience (Word, Excel) and operation of office equipment such as, scanning, fax machine, copy machine, credit card and check terminal, and postage meter.
Related veterinary software and Care Credit knowledge a plus.
Must possess basic math skills to determine proper deposits and process payments
Willingness to learn Vet Tech skills a plus
Must be able to work one weekend shift.
