Our heartfelt thanks to CCVS Doctors Fernandez, Evans, Kramer and Walton, as well as the CCVS Technicians and Administration, for their professionalism, courtesy, respect, and compassion during a very difficult time with our beloved pet. We are very grateful.
Thank you Dr Walton for saving our kitty. Our cat Nitro had a pretty bad bladder infection that started over Memorial Day weekend (our vet was closed) so thankful that I was able to get him up there. A different dr said he had infection and started him on an antibiotic and sent us on our way...2 weeks later he started to not be able to urinate. So we brought him back in where we met Dr. Walton, who was absolutely amazing. She was able to unblock him and flush out his bladder (to keep it on the less expensive side). She also started him on more antibiotics (which we realized antibiotics needed a little longer time to kick the infection) nitro was given a clean bill of health by his regular vet and is now back to himself. It if weren't for Dr. Walton working with us financially we would have lost my boy!I can not thank her enough!!!!
Thank you so much to CCVS for the wonderful care shown to us by Dr. Beaver and staff in an emergency situation. My tiny yorkie fractured her 2 front paws and was in pain and it was killing my husband and I. Dr Beaver did very precise intricate work on her, called us at home to say he did the best he could which was amazing. She went through a very traumatic time but is once again running around and back to her normal wonderful life with no more jumping. We highly recommend CCVS and a huge thankyou to all of the wonderful staff for the excellent care she received. Dr. Beaver is our hero!

CCVS saved my dog's life several years ago. Our dog had a strange sudden attack. My husband rushed him to CCVS and upon entering they rushed him in immediately. My husband was very impressed with how quickly CCVS handled the situation. We got a call several hours later saying he was critical and needed to find out if they had the go ahead to try and save him. We gave them the go ahead and they went to work. He stayed all weekend at CCVS and they saved his life!! My new vet just read the records and said "Wow, that was very scary. They revived him." It was very scary; we were very close to losing our beloved pet. Thanks to CCVS Sparky is living to a ripe old age and is a very happy boy. The care was outstanding! I highly recommend CCVS for medical emergencies. Thanks CCVS for everything. It's reassuring to know you are close by; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Fernandez explained everything to me. He has extreme patience, compassion and the ability to convey exactly what was happening with Bailey. I (and Bailey) cannot thank him enough for his knowledge and kindness… A veterinary hospital is not a place anyone wants to go, but I thank God for Cape Cod Veterinary. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Diane Franklin, Dr. Rahilly, Dr. Fernandez and other doctors, also, as well as all the very nice nurses, techs and staff took such great care of our Willie Kitty. We are so very thankful and grateful for all of you and all you did to save Willie Kitty and bring him back to better and more stable, livable health again, to be able to come back home again with us. You’re all the best!

On Sunday, 11/29/09, my beloved cat Buddy was just barely hanging on to life. I called ahead to explain what was going on with him. The person on the phone was wonderful, so kind and understanding and compassionate.
Once there, the staff was fast and efficient. They explained what was wrong with Buddy and the treatment he needed. They called me later that night to let me know that he made out fine and that he should fully recover.
The 2 days he was post-op, the care and communication that Buddy and I received was outstanding. Daily calls and updates were given. Discharge instructions also were very complete.
I have been a nurse for 28 years and I can honestly say that your medical team is far better than most MDs. Thanks to you, Buddy will enjoy another Christmas with his family and his best buddy, my Lab, Brady. Once again, thank you so very much. May the good Lord bless all of you!

I actually started writing this letter this past summer when Zuzu, a seven year old brindle greyhound, was in the midst of her six rounds of chemotherapy to fight the angiosarcoma which had been found in her ear and neck. This little strong dog had her first visit to CCVS in March, 2009 and had been a patient for 9 months. Unfortunately, on January 3rd, 2010, my husband and I had to let her go. I now find myself needing to finish this letter to let you know that our girl lived with a great quality of life for nine wonderful months because of your outstanding, caring staff.
I have met almost ALL of your staff. Every single person has treated me, my husband and most importantly, Zuzu, in such a way that I am grateful and feel so fortunate to have this resource so close to home.
I write this letter at the end of this story with my heart missing my Zuzu, by also knowing that if I am ever in the same situation I will be able to take my puppies to CCVS and get the best care, from the front desk to the most specialized doctor you have. You staff is an amazing group of talented, compassionate individuals who worked as a team to provide the best possible care for our Zuzu! Thank you is not enough for what you r staff gave us – nine wonderful months where we got to spoil, snuggle and just love our girl, Zuzu. Thank you!

I brought my Giant Schnauzer in. He is big and stubborn but a sweetie. He tripped coming up the stairs and had a nail that actually twisted 180 degrees. It was very painful for him. My first experience was over the phone. The receptionist/tech asked me all the right questions and had everything ready when I walked in the door. Her humor kept us entertained while we waited. Jen came right out and Boris was very comfortable with her. He's not comfortable with people he doesn't know usually. Dr. Fernandez was amazing. He talked us through what he was going to do. I think a lot of doctors would have automatically sedated Boris because of his size and strength and maybe a little because of his attitude. He said he didn't want to just do that because of the possible side effects. He and Jen took the harder route because it was safer for Boris. Everything was run so smoothly for all of us in the waiting room. Both Larry and I and the other clients were very, very impressed.

My husband and I had the unfortunate need to bring Bailey, our Chocolate Labrador Retriever, for emergency care the Dennis location. I cannot express our gratitude enough for the wonderful care and treatment she received. The staff if so caring and the treating physician, Dr. O'Marra, was amazing. She was able to quickly diagnosis her issue, begin treatment and has been making steady improvement over the last several days. Thank you!!
