Mentorship Program

Emergency and critical care mentorships are geared towards veterinarians who love emergency medicine, but would like more structured mentorship as they start a career in ECC at the associate level. This program is appropriate for veterinarians directly out of veterinary school or transitioning from a different clinical venue.

A Mentorship is a program where you are paired with an associate mentor and paid an increasing percentage of our ECC associate rate. You are not alone on the floor for the first 6 months, participate in CCVS internship rounds, and at 9 months you would graduate to receive the full ECC associate salary rate and be considered an official member of the CCVS ECC associate team.

To Apply-
The applicant must be a veterinarian or veterinary student in an AVMA-accredited school of veterinary medicine. They must be eligible for a MA license upon completion of their veterinary degree. Applicants should submit their resumes to recruiting@capecodvetspecialists.com.
